Photography Package
With our standard package, we’ll spend 30-60 minutes on site, photographing key elements and details of the property. You’ll receive 10 professionally edited photographs within a 48-hour turnaround time. $250
Video Package
PropWorks’ Video Package gives you everything included with the photography package, but adds additional time spent on site, along with a 60 second fully edited 4k video of the site. $500
Town Showcase
We understand that half of what makes these properties so amazing are the wonderful towns they’re in. We’ll create a 3-5 minute 4k video showcasing municipal points of interest for a specific town. These include:
Public parks, beaches, and playgrounds
Local shopping and downtown areas
Places of worship and education
Overhead view of the broader neighborhood
Other bespoke amenities
Additionally, we’ll work with each agent to customize the video appropriately and highlight key areas. $M/P
